Brentwood, TN-based Diversicare Healthcare Services this week announced it had appointed Steve Nee its new CEO.
Nee has more than a decade of experience in long-term care delivery as administrator, vice president of operations, chief operating officer and president of other organizations. He was most recently with Providence Health in Tennessee, and previously held positions at Signature Healthcare and American Health Communities, according to LinkedIn.
Nee holds a bachelors degree in business from Maryville College. He earned his masters in business administration and a graduate certificate in aging services leadership from Lipscomb University.

The company was acquired by Ephram “Mordy” Lahasky’s DAC Acquisitions in 2021; Former CEO Jay McKnight left in August 2022.
